Coronavirus (COVID-19)
For a safe and quick check-in, on booking confirmation, we will mail you the Guest registration form. You can fill in the form and send your ID proofs by email before the arrival date. On arrival you can just sign the Guest registration form and hand it over at the front desk.
Temperature check of all guests will be done at the Reception. Hand Sanitizing to be done on arrival.
- All Guests to sanitize their hands each time they enter the serviced apartment premises.
- All guests to wear masks during stay. If one does not have a mask then masks will be provided at an extra charge.
- We request you to maintain a social distance of 6 feet always
- As far as possible we encourage the use of online payment facility at the front desk
- If breakfast is included in your package, Breakfast will not be served in the common dining area. It will be served in the rooms in disposable containers During stay if guest is found to get sick or develop symptoms it is their duty to report at the front desk and necessary action will be taken by the front desk personnel.
- Rooms will be kept vacant for 48 hours between a checkout and a subsequent check-in
- Guests Rooms and common area will be disinfected using approved industrial disinfectants.
- Linen will be changed once in 2 days.
- Dedicated staffs are assigned per floor for cleaning.
- All staffs to wear masks and disposable gloves while cleaning a room
- Social distancing of staffs are maintained at all times
- Kindly make use of the online payment facility at the front desk
- The invoice copy/ receipts will be mailed directly to you
